When you make an application for services we may collect a variety of information, including your name, family information, photocopy of student/staff  ID/HKID card, phone number, email address, mailing address and details of vehicles.

The information collected will allow us to provide the services requested and will facilitate communication. We will not share the information with any organization outside the University unless required to do so by law. The information will be disposed of in a secure manner when it is no longer needed in connection with the provision of the service but some data may be retained for statistical purposes.

Appropriate precautions will be implemented to protect your information against loss, theft or misuse.
