Request for accessing campus premises

Access Request

The Security Center will open campus premises (if key available) upon requests of campus users according the HKUST Security Center Standing Operation Procedures (HKUST SC SOP) and/or in emergency situations.

An Access Request Form can either be downloaded from "Forms" in CMO website or obtained from the HKUST Security Center.

Terms & Conditions

1. It is subject to the keys available in Security Center.
2. It is purely for academic activities.
3. It is approved by Security Manager/ Duty Security Controller whenever the key watcher safe/cabinet is required to be opened.
4. Laboratories opening requests by students may require endorsement from relevant department staff.
